Our History
Where it all began....
Established in June 2018 as a backyard shop in the remote area of the Tusket Islands, east of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, we initially began as a hobby business, intended to offset Jeramy’s various fishing career initiatives. However, before long, work flooded into our backyard and compelled us to move to a larger, more industrial space. Jeramy soon found an ideal nearby location, where he could expand and erect a brand-new steel building that would house full-size, commercial boats. After the first year of operating, we evolved from a backyard hobby business to a fully-functioning, commercial and pleasure craft, industrial boat shop, where we plan to remain and continue growing for a long future.
With an extensive history of fishing careers, boat building, hobby carpentry and entrepreneurship, Jeramy has a unique and innovative take on the refurbishing and new construction of boats. He has developed a reliable and talented crew and together, we have new ideas, a wealth of resources, and unique problem-solving skills to offer every project.
